Our client, an independent brokerage based in Bath are looking to expand their already dynamic team with a Residential Mortgage Broker. You'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network. It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances

What will you be doing on a day-to-day?

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to client
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
• Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Maintain clear communication between all parties

What Mortgage Advisor experience and skills do you need?

• Demonstrable background in providing mortgage advice
• CeMap qualification
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products
• Strong stakeholder management
• First class customer service experience
• Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
• Self-motivated and proactive
