This is an ideal role for a driven and client-focused professional looking to work across both office and remote environments while maximising earning potential and enjoying full administrative support.

About the Role – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Wolverhampton

This role offers the best of both worlds. You’ll spend three days a week in a busy and successful estate agency office in Wolverhampton, working closely with negotiators and branch managers, and the remaining days working remotely from home. With a consistent flow of 7–10 high-quality leads per week, you will have all the tools you need to generate strong results and high earnings.

You will provide whole-of-market mortgage advice, covering residential and buy-to-let mortgages, alongside protection advice using top-tier life insurance providers. With back-office and compliance support provided, you can focus entirely on client interaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice across a wide range of products
• Work in a hybrid format: 3 days in the Wolverhampton office, 2 days remote
• Contact leads promptly and efficiently to maximise conversion rates
• Maintain strong relationships with estate agency staff to ensure a steady stream of referrals
• Submit mortgage applications with accuracy and ensure full FCA compliance
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and solicitors throughout the application process
• Work to personal and business targets while delivering exceptional customer service

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role in Wolverhampton, you must have:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker – CAS status preferred (but returning advisors also welcomed)
• Proven sales and relationship management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and remotely
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
