About the Mortgage Broker RoleThis is a full-time Mortgage Broker position offering exposure to complex, high-value cases and affluent clients. You’ll receive comprehensive admin support, freeing you to focus on advising and revenue generation.

You’ll be advising on residential and BTL mortgages, with the opportunity to grow relationships across developers, accountants, and introducers. You’ll work both from a stunning office in London and remotely - with flexibility to build your schedule around client needs.

Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of residential, buy-to-let, and specialist mortgage products
• Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professional clients
• Providing tailored advice with a focus on discretion, service, and outcomes
• Working collaboratively with the admin team to ensure a seamless client journey
• Building and maintaining long-term referral partnerships
• Managing complex lending scenarios with confidence and creativity

Mortgage Broker Package & Benefits

• Base salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience Required

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ mortgage advising experience
• Strong understanding of residential and buy-to-let markets
• Experience dealing with complex, high-value, or HNW clients preferred
• Confident handling multi-million-pound mortgage cases
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a white-glove service
• Relationship-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
