Are you a mortgage Broker looking to take your career to the next level?

Our client, an independent brokerage based in Bath are looking to expand their already dynamic team with a Residential Mortgage Broker. You'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network. It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances

Commercial Mortgage Broker role

As the Commercial Mortgage broker, you will discuss clients’ requirements in depth and provide advice and support to secure the best financial solution to meet their needs. There will be a range of Commercial cases for you to work on, these can include bridging, commercial, portfolio buy to let and development finance.In-depth knowledge and experience as a residential Mortgage Broker with a passion for Commercial property finance will be welcomed, the company will provide training and support to those that are willing to put in the energy and enthusiasm to become a Commercial Broker.

• Provide expert property finance and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable finance products
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new finance products and changes in regulation
• Maintain clear communication between all parties
