Mortgage and Protection Team Leader - Pavilion Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

We are currently seeking a qualified Mortgage and Protection Team Leader to join our clients team. If you’re an experienced professional with a passion for leadership and delivering outstanding client service, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own client portfolio while actively identifying new business opportunities. In addition, you will lead a small team of advisers, providing guidance and mentoring to support the development of less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial needs
• Perform in-depth research across products and the market
• Evaluate and consider appropriate product options
• Deliver tailored recommendations based on thorough analysis

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications such as R05, CF1, CF6, or CeMAP (or equivalent)
• Ability to assess and understand individual client needs and objectives
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic industry relationships
• Solid understanding of financial markets and industry trends
