This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis – 3 days in the office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and 2 days from home – with just 1 in 4 Saturdays required (covered remotely). It provides the ideal balance between financial success, work-life balance, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Banbury, Oxfordshire, you will:

• Conduct in-depth client consultations, assessing financial circumstances, affordability, and goals.
• Advise on a wide range of whole-of-market mortgage products, ensuring tailored solutions.
• Provide clear, client-friendly explanations of complex mortgage and protection options.
• Manage the full mortgage process, from application through to successful completion.
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression.
• Deliver expert protection advice to safeguard clients’ financial wellbeing.
• Maximise introducer opportunities from the estate agency to consistently achieve high earnings.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional, confident, and ambitious Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with:

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and whole-of-market products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first, consultative approach.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain, accessible terms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple mortgage cases.
• A self-starter mindset, motivated by success and the ambition to achieve high earnings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent such as CF6).
