Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Build strong relationships with the estate agency team through regular training and collaboration
• Participate in team meetings to share best practices and strengthen partnerships
• Conduct 2–3 client appointments daily, delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice
• Offer expert guidance across a range of products to meet individual customer needs
• Proactively attract new business and drive performance in a target-driven environment

Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:

• Positive, resilient, and customer-focused mindset
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads into successful completions
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
• Committed to delivering outstanding service and doing the right thing for the customer
• Able to thrive under pressure and build lasting relationships
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), or willing to work towards qualification
• Full UK driving licence required
