Mortgage Advisor - Swindon

Remuneration:

Basic £27,000 to £31,000 including car allowance, financial guarantees to £500 per month for 6 months, pension, bonus & commission, OTE - £55,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker working with our client, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Expert Mortgage Advice: Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they make well-informed financial decisions.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives.
• Lead Utilisation: Maximise the utilisation of leads generated within the estate agency to facilitate mortgage opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various mortgage products and stay up to date with industry regulations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all mortgage advice provided complies with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• CeMAP Qualification: Essential for providing professional mortgage advice.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably within the estate agency sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Market Knowledge: Awareness of the local property market and mortgage trends.
