About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded mortgage adviser with general mortgage experience and exposure to, or an openness to, portfolio and complex buy to let, with a particular focus on supporting expat and international clients. This is a self-employed role supported by quality introducer leads, market leading lender access, and in house compliance and admin, so you can focus on advising, client relationships, and growing your pipeline.

Location: London, within practical commuting distance of Liverpool Street/Moorgate. We encourage regular office collaboration to benefit from the team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on general cases and portfolio landlord financing, complex buy to let structures, and expat or non-resident lending

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, securing repeat and referral business

• Generate and manage your own pipeline of general cases, and in addition; portfolio, complex, and expat clients, while also converting introducer leads provided by LDN Finance

• Develop introducer relationships and expand your own network to create additional business opportunities

• Manage a pipeline of high-value and complex cases from application through to completion

• Keep up to date with specialist buy to let and expat market trends, lender policies, and regulatory requirements

• Identify wider client needs such as protection or insurance and collaborate with colleagues to deliver holistic solutions

• Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to the firm’s collaborative, high-performing culture

• Work efficiently with our in-house compliance and admin teams to keep cases moving smoothly

About You

• Three or more years’ experience advising

• Experience in, or an openness to, portfolio, complex buy to let, and expat or international cases

• FCA authorised with a clean compliance record

• Consistent business volumes

• You bring an established pipeline and proven ability to generate new business, with the drive to expand this alongside quality firm-provided leads

• Excellent communication and a consultative approach

• Proactive, organised, and professional, with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes

• Based within a practical commute to Liverpool Street/Moorgate and keen to be part of the collaborative office culture

Compensation and Benefits

• Self-employed, commission-only role with strong earnings potential

• On Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 – £120,000+ depending on performance
