While some mortgage or servicing experience is desirable, it’s not essential – full training will be provided. What matters most is a proactive approach, great communication skills, and the motivation to deliver excellent results.You’ll play a key role in managing mortgage accounts and ensuring a smooth experience for borrowers. From handling enquiries and issuing statements to liaising with other teams, your work will help keep operations running efficiently and customers satisfied.Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls
• Deal with borrower enquiries via email
• Issue redemption statements and chase outstanding documentation
• Contact borrowers in arrears and take payments over the phone
• Keep CRM systems and mortgage account records accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and service level agreements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams
• Escalate complex cases to management as needed
