We are expanding our team at Oaktree Mortgages and are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our team in Melton Mowbray. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.We are a well-established, family business with an extensive client portfolio and provide advice across a range of residential, buy to let, commercial mortgage and secured loans. Protection and General insurance business is also an integral part of the business.As a Mortgage Administrator you will:
- Process new business.
- Liaise with 3rd parties such as solicitors, lenders and insurers.
- Communicate directly with clients from application submission through to completion.
- Check adviser files for completeness.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications mainly Word and Excel.
- Confident, polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous as would an understanding of how mortgages work.
