Mortgage Administrator - The Eventus Recruitment Group : Job Details

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Finance Mortgage Administrator to be based in their practice in Lancaster, Lancashire. This is a full time, permanent job position. You will be a confident communicator and negotiator, liaising with lenders and building client relationships. Furthermore, you will benefit from a bonus scheme (up to circa £1,000 per month), company pension and free parking.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Finance Mortgage Administrator will be responsible for assisting the team to deliver buy-to-let mortgages, development finance, bridging and commercial mortgage property loans to a network of national and international clients.

Key tasks include:

• Manage new bridging, BTL, development and commercial mortgage cases from application to completion.
• Create case files and collate and organise client and project information.
• Proactively manage deal pipeline.
• Nurturing clients and providing exceptional service.
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, BDMs & surveyors.
• General office administration, managing large volume of emails.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and will be determined to offer the highest levels of service to your partners and clients. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience working in administration and handling a large volume of documents.
• Excellent Organisational and time management skills.
• Be a good communicator.
• An in financial services, lending or property.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ambitious.
• Preferred criteria, Mortgage administration experience, sales experience or case management experience.
• Proficient in use of CRM systems.
