We’re proud to be working with a well-established and reputable Property Finance Lender, currently expanding within the Bridging Finance sector. They are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Manager, supporting the underwriting and processing of bridging finance applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Bridging Finance team, from initial enquiry to completion
- Liaise with brokers, clients, solicitors, valuers, and internal departments to progress cases efficiently
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, checked, and stored in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain case records and update internal systems regularly
- Support the Team Manager in delivering excellent service levels to clients and intermediaries
- Monitor pipelines, ensuring deadlines are met and cases are processed in a timely manner
- Assist with ad hoc projects or tasks as required by the management team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in mortgage administration – bridging finance experience highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
