Today Spectrum has grown to become one of London's Leading Facade Restoration & Cleaning Experts serving some of the most prestigious buildings in the capital including the skyscrapers in Canary Wharf :- ) We also pioneer our own in-house patented 3D technology to carry out the most complex building cleaning projects.

As demand for our services increases we are looking to hire a highly capable Mobile Operations Manager to manage our field teams.

Each day we have 6 teams in the field delighting our customers. As an experienced leader of people and orchestrator of efficiency you will supervise and report on all works, from a Health & Safety perspective, along with a focus on productivity and effectiveness.

As a business that innovates and creates tools for our people to succeed you will work from your very own mobile office - a fully kitted-out Ford Transit converted into a state of the art workspace.

About You:

You must have a clear understanding of H&S and applicable legislation relating to the Working at Height industry and the standards around general work site conditions.

Here at Spectrum we take extreme pride in delivering all works in a safe and most effective manner; the individual who is successful will need to share the same values towards working, and ensure these standards are upheld and/or improved constantly.

Other traits you’ll need:

+ A basic level of surveying skills to determine the proportion of work done at any given point+ Excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to work under deadline pressure+ Ability to communicate and manage to a senior level+ Good problem solving skills+ Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, managing files and records, designing forms etc.+ Flexible approach to working hours+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in challenging environments with a myriad of personalities+ Comfortable with change, able to challenge the status quo
