Milk Intake Operative - Muller UK & Ireland : Job Details

We are recruiting for a  Milk Intake Operative to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business at our Bridgwater Dairy.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual whose purpose will be to ensure the smooth running of; the raw milk intake, cream export, reclaim area and chemical offload area. Carry out lab testing to; analyse, record and report results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract: Full Time / Perm

Salary: starting from £ 31,350.92per annum Shift Pattern:  4 on 4 off – 2 days/ 2 Nights (6-6)

Location: Bridgwater

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:•    Demonstrate and promote the company values and principles•    Replenishment of chemicals •    Sampling of FMT’s •    Exporting of bulk cream to tankers •    Maintain hygiene of processing area •    Contribute to the off loading of raw milk, exporting of cream and chemical offload•    Work with site teams to deliver improvement projects, activities and events aligned to the companies' objectives and goals. •    Support and contribute to all department & site PMS activities •    Support any new system, structure or process improvement projects •    Help maintain good workplace organization and visual management •    Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety by challenging unsafe practices, raising hazards and responding promptly and effectively to all hazards raised by others •    Ensure that all relevant data is captures and recorded timeously
