Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week.

Pearce Compaction Systems are manufacturers of Compactors & Balers for the waste and Recycling industry.

We have an exciting role for a MIG welder/ fabricator who will work assembling our machines in our workshop based in Verwood, Dorset

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Predominantly welding - Starting with the smaller Balers.
• Assembling Compactors and Balers.
• Non welding activities e.g. some forming/folding, grinding and fabricating

About you:

• Have a good knowledge of fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork
• A self-motivated individual
• Ability to work on your own.
• Fork Truck Licence preferable.
• Good communication skills
• Fits in well with a small team.
