• Hands-on experience with operational process analysis, workflow optimisation, and system/process change delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience producing clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with operational systems and tools used in Middle Office functions (e.g., OMS/PMS, reconciliation tools).
