Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Ealing? Join our vibrant and supportive school community, where we are committed to providing an outstanding education that promotes linguistic and cultural understanding. We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis starting in May.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive MFL lessons to students across different year groups, inspiring a love for languages and fostering proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.- Teach one or more languages from the school's curriculum, which may include French, Spanish, German, or other languages depending on the school's requirements.- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate actively and develop their language skills with confidence.- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring differentiation and progression in learning.- Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

• Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, ideally with experience teaching MFL at secondary level.- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.- Excellent subject knowledge and proficiency in one or more languages taught at the school.- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.- Commitment to promoting cultural awareness and appreciation through language learning.
