Location: Cambourne - St. Neots areaSalary: £26,364 per annum + Overtime at £19.50/hourHours: Full-Time, Permanent

We're partnering with a respected engineering company in the Cambourne- St. Neots area to recruit a skilled Metal Polisher / Fettler to join their team.

About the Role:

In this hands-on position, you'll be working with stainless steel components used in high-end processing machinery. Your responsibilities will include polishing and fettling to achieve a range of finishes such as satin, mirror, shot blast, and Scotch-Brite. Work will primarily be based in the workshop, with occasional site visits.

What You'll Need:

• Solid experience in metal polishing and fettling, particularly with stainless steel
• Knowledge of industrial finishing techniques and tools
• Comfortable working with large machinery and collaborating within a team
• Willingness to travel for occasional on-site work
