MEP Revit/CAD Engineer - Trapeze Recruitment Services Limited : Job Details

SummaryWorking for a well-established and reputable business within the engineering sector based in Canterbury. Due to their location, you must be a driver with a UK driving license. The successful candidate will initially be working on a specific project, developing Stage 4C/5 drawings.The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4:30 pm on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce fully coordinated working drawings to a high standard for installation purposes.
• Work on project Stage 4C/5 drawings in line with company and project standards.
• Utilise software including Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEPH, and MS Office products.
• Collaborate effectively with the design and drawing teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Work with provided information while also reviewing specifications, schedules, and technical submittals independently.
• Ensure compliance with project and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Building Services Coordination is essential.
• Proficiency in Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH.
• Strong technical and presentation skills to deliver high-quality drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting project deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to project needs and deadlines.
• Must have own transport due to office location.
