• Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH and additional needs.

• Foster positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence, participation, and personal development.

• Contribute to creating a safe, restorative environment where every pupil feels valued and supported.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional or complex needs (in education, care, or mental health settings).
• A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to supporting vulnerable pupils.
• Willingness to apply for or hold a valid Enhanced DBS check.
