About the Role
As the first point of contact for many guests planning events, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle enquiries for meetings, conferences, and private functions, ensuring every detail is tailored to the client’s needs. From initial contact to final execution, you’ll be involved in every step of the booking process.
This role involves both reactive and proactive sales, so confidence in communication and a passion for hospitality are key. You’ll also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable guest experiences.
