Our prestigious client is looking for an experienced Medical Secretary/PA to join a small and friendly team based in rural Chelwood Gate.
This role will see you playing a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care. You will be the first point of contact by phone and email for patients and medical staff across the London and Sussex practice and will be dealing with clinical and medicolegal enquiries, patient appointments, diary management for clinical and medicolegal cases, and liaison with patients, GPs, surgical colleagues, and solicitors.
You will also have partial responsibility for billings for the plastic surgical practice, including processing invoices, taking payments, liaising with insurance companies, and chasing up late payments.
