Key Responsibilities
- Part of a hands-on, in-house maintenance team responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all plant equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on a range of specialist machinery
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to maximize equipment uptime
- Apply strong problem-solving and technical skills in a dynamic production environment
- Contribute to the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Work with a wide range of maintenance disciplines, including fitting, fabrication, welding, and general service engineering tasks
- Play a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting overall production performance
About You
- Mechanically biased engineer with experience in manufacturing or factory environments
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Strong commitment to safe working practices and adherence to health and safety standards
- Proven knowledge of health and safety best practices in industrial settings
- Enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting daily priorities to maintain operational efficiency
- Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
