This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts in Marble Arch. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career opportunities of training and development. Based on a 7 storey commercial building the mechanically qualified engineer will be working on a day shift pattern. You will be part of a maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
• 4 on 2 off - (7am - 3:30pm/ 10am - 6:30pm)
• 25 days holiday
