Mechanical Inspector - Inspection opportunity with this high tech manufacturer. The role involves the general inspection and quality reporting of machined parts and assemblies using various gauges and CMMKey Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough quality inspections using a variety of complex tools including CMM and Faro Arm technologies.- Perform precise machine shop inspections, ensuring all products meet stringent safety and quality standards.- Carry out visual inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications.- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive records.Requirements:- Previous experience in a machine shop environment is essential.- Proficiency in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or Faro Arm.- Strong expertise in quality and visual inspection techniques.- Engineering qualifications are highly desirable.- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:- Flexible daily start and finish times on a 37 hr week- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
