Mechanical Inspector - m2r Education : Job Details

m2r Education are currently looking for a Mechanical Inspector for a technical college in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The college is a state of the art institute that aims at inspiring passion for excellence and provides world-class training programs.

It intends to train and qualify young Saudis in order to meet the market needs, contribute to community growth, help reduce unemployment and support the Kingdom’s workforce and nationalization efforts.

You will support trainees to familiarise themselves with the requirements, equipment, hardware and methodology of performing and demonstrating Mechanical inspections which is tailored with the international best practice standards.

Duties:

• Determine condition of plant equipment, record measurements and predict useful life of equipment components
• Analyse of equipment downtime and investigate recurring equipment problems
• Make decisions on corrective actions to be taken based on inspection results and analysis
• Test and inspect welds, conduct pressure test to confirm integrity, conduct risk-based inspection and non-destructive testing

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications as per industry requirements
• Minimum of 3 years inspection experience post qualification
• Visas available for UK, US, CAN, AUS, NZ
