The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of sustainable mechanical systems for building projects
• Produce complex calculations, specifications, and drawings to high technical standards
• Liaise with architects, environmental teams, and CAD specialists to meet project goals
• Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Support the company's quality management systems and best practice development

The Person

• Recognised qualification or extensive industry experience in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building performance optimisation
• Confident working on a range of building services systems and technologies
