You'll work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to all stages of the design process-from feasibility through to detailed design and construction. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, while engaging in technically rewarding and diverse projects.

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and domestic water services
• Producing engineering calculations, specifications, and technical drawings
• Coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, and architectural teams
• Supporting the preparation of tender and construction documentation
• Using tools such as IES, AutoCAD, and Revit to develop accurate and coordinated designs

What you'll need to succeed

• To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Experience delivering mechanical designs in a consultancy or design-and-build environment
• Proficiency with design software such as IES, Revit, and AutoCAD
• A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and CIBSE guidelines
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
• Progress towards professional registration (e.g. CIBSE or IMechE) is desirable
