Mechanical Design EngineerSpecial Purpose Machinery Design using Autodesk Inventor

• Salary to: £45,000 PA
• Location: Cambourne - Sandy area. Own transport required due to location.
• Office based position at the client site.

Established leader in processing equipment and solutions for the food processing / packaging manufacturing industry requires a Mechanical Design Engineer to work within the design team on their comprehensive range of equipment that they manufacture.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D of special purpose, automated machinery designs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical design and experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software systems.

We do require candidates to:

• Have significant experience of using Autodesk Inventor.
• Live within a commutable distance from the Huntingdon - Sandy - Cambridge area.
• Have your own transport due to the Clients rural location.

Hours:

• 8:30am to 5:00pm (Mon - Fri). Overtime is sometimes available.

Location:

• In the St. Neots - Cambourne - Huntingdon area (Cambridgeshire / Bedfordshire)
• Applicants will need to have their own transport due the rural company's location.

Huntingdon, Cambridge, Sandy, St. Neots, Bedford, Biggleswade, Letchworth Garden City Cambourne, Royston, Saffron Walden
