The company specialises in delivering high-quality mechanical building services across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and financial institutions. Projects typically involve boiler room refurbishments and mechanical installations, with values up to £1 million. Most work is based in the West Midlands, with occasional projects further afield, including London. Your new roleAs a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical projects-from design and planning through to delivery and handover. You'll oversee multiple contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves regular site visits, client liaison, and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, particularly boiler rooms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
