Position: Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Regents Park area of London

Salary: From £42,000 to £47,000 subject to experience level

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer for a static site in London.

This engineer will be working within a team of engineers that consist of fabric, gas and electrical engineers.

The right person for this position will already have a strong mechanical bias building services background. They need to have experience dealing with plant rooms, pumps, ahu’s, basic plumbing etc.

The site we are looking to cover is a very large site and will involve a lot of walking on a daily basis

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial planned and reactive maintenance
• Must have strong mechanical technical background
• Level 2 building services qualifications is preferred
• Happy to commute into London
• Must be willing to cover a large area on foot
• Additional skills will be a bonus

Package

• Basic salary subject to experience level
• No on call
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension
• Overtime can be made available
