Maths Lecturer
Annual Salary: Up to £38,186.75 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week, employed for 52 weeks per year)

We are looking for a Maths Lecturer who is passionate about education and making a difference. This role is based on-site in Surrey and involves delivering high standards of teaching in a range of Maths courses, including GCSE and Functional Skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
Teach on a programme of appropriate courses, focusing on GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
Assess, review, and record learner progress and outcomes.
Maintain accurate course and learner records.
Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the workforce.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm and learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Maths or a closely related area.
Teaching qualifications, or willingness to work towards obtaining these with our support.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Skilled in the use of IT to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
