Essential Criteria

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK secondary education.
• Strong subject knowledge and a proven ability to engage students in mathematics.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in students, colleagues, and parents.
