Marketing Specialist - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Marketing Specialist -required to join a leading international construction and engineering organisation based in Milton Keynes. The Marketing Specialist will be working with the Marketing Manager to assist with IT and Word press and deal with media outlets.

Marketing Specialist Position Overview

• Instagram, content generation and creation, online campaigns and content creation on linkedin and more
• Marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, events and projects, to build awareness of the brand and the solutions
• Successful delivery of the Marketing Plan
• Supporting new product launches
• Managing and coordinating seminars, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Increasing brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand execution
• Create and edit short and long-form video content for marketing campaigns and social media
• Marketing vision board creation, follow through steps and planning for successful execution
• Daily social media interaction, content creation and growth
• Edit content to maintain high quality and engage with our audience.
• Monitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyse basic sales stats and ad performance to optimise campaigns and ROI
• Research markets and target sales audiences effectively.

Marketing Specialist Position Requirements

• Photography skills to showcase our products effectively.
• Experience with paid advertising and creating effective ads.
• Advanced IT and online skills, adobe illustrator, Photoshop and use cameras
• Experience of managing signage branding including pull-up banners, mesh banners, flags etc.
• Digital Specialist in delivering online/e-marketing and website content updates
• Construction or Engineering related background
• Thorough understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C style of marketing.
• Strong focus on performance, ROI and ability to produce meaningful insights.

Marketing Specialist Position Remuneration

• Salary per year up to £40k
• 20 days Holiday + 8 BH
