Join a small but growing niche in-house agency, who specialise in B2C Dental & Cosmetic Marketing in the UK. As the Digital Project Manager you will play pivotal role, ensuring that projects are on track and clients and colleagues are fully engaged at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of client objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by coordinating closely with the digital team to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members to optimise project efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-channel management to ensure seamless alignment across all digital platforms.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings and calls.
• Ensure accountability among stakeholders by monitoring task completion and deliverables.
• Develop compelling performance review presentations for client meetings.
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and business growth.
• Uphold established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.

Knowledge / Experience Required:

• Proven experience in digital project management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret simple data and derive actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience in a deadline-driven environment.
