Job Title: Marketing Operations ManagerDepartment: Marketing OperationsReports to: Head of Marketing OperationsLocation: Hybrid / 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

A leading global group of premium schools, are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented to lead a planning team and play a critical role in supporting the Head of Marketing Operations with the day-to-day optimisation of marketing technology, processes, and tools. This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to a strong project manager who can thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Planning

  • Lead and mentor the marketing planning team, ensuring optimal team performance, delivery of key projects, and alignment with global marketing priorities.
  • Oversee campaign calendar planning, coordination, and delivery across global markets.
  • Act as a central point of contact between regional marketing teams and group functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Marketing Technology & Optimisation

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations to manage and optimise the marketing tech stack (focus on project workflow tool, templating and A.I. etc.).
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes across the global marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and greater efficiency in workflows and reporting.

Project Management

  • Lead and support on high-impact strategic marketing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (IT, Admissions, Product, Digital) and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or project management within a global or multi-brand organisation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of team development and performance management.
  • Expertise in marketing workflow tools, ideally with some expertise in marketing technology and A.I. (e.g., Asana, copy.ai etc)
  • Solid understanding of campaign planning, performance tracking, and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience within the education sector or service-based industries preferred but not essential.
