Marketing Officer - Reed : Job Details

Reed Business Support are delighted to represent a forward thinking organisation based in Teesside who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Marketing Officer. This position offers the opportunity to manage and develop comprehensive marketing strategies and oversee the brand's identity and online presence.

• Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:45pm with occasional evening and weekend work
• The successful candidate will have to undertake an enhanced DBS check

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, focusing on events and brand promotion
• Manage the local brand identity and enhance online and social media presence
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities and strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align efforts and achieve common goals
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay ahead in the marketing field

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in a creative industry preferred, but not essential
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the marketing sector
• Prior experience or qualification in Marketing is advantageous
