Your new companyA fantastic Higher Education institute based in Hatfield is currently seeking their next Degree Apprenticeships Marketing Officer for a 12- month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Communications department with the opportunity to lead and deliver degree apprenticeships marketing. Your new role

• Plan and deliver dedicated degree apprenticeship campaigns that engage their target audiences to build positive brand awareness and generate leads, in line with the university's objectives.
• Work closely with the degree apprenticeships team and academic programme leaders to create unique selling points for their apprenticeship provision, creating compelling content for a range of channels.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the university's media agency to deliver paid for apprenticeship campaign activity, guided by the Brand and Campaigns Manager, by working collaboratively with other Marketing and Communications teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• An ambitious, proactive marketing professional.
• Passionate about developing campaigns from concept to implementation.
• Ideally with higher education marketing experience to deliver degree apprenticeship marketing.
• Proven experience of delivering effective paid and organic campaigns across a wide range of channels,
• Experience of working with a media agency to refine and optimise campaign activity.
• Data-driven experience using reporting tools and presenting data to stakeholders.
