Marketing Officer 

Salary - £14.74 per hour PAYE

My Client, a Brighton based University, has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join their team of 4 other Marketing Officers. This role is integral to increasing brand awareness and supporting student recruitment in both UK and international markets.

• Support the School Marketing Manager in delivering ambitious marketing plans.
• Implement and evaluate paid digital campaigns in line with the recruitment cycle.
• Liaise with digital, out of home, and creative agencies.
• Support the production of creative content, including video, imagery, and copy for CRM, campaign webpages, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
• Write and update copy for the prospectus, webpages, and third-party profiles.
• Undertake competitor analysis, market scanning, and evaluation to identify opportunities for new programmes and markets.
• Support market research and evaluation activities, including new programme development and portfolio analysis.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and contribute to the implementation and evaluation of marketing plans.

• Proven experience in marketing with a track record of successful delivery.
• Experience with digital and offline marketing campaigns, email marketing, and copywriting.
• Competence in using Excel and other analysis tools for market research and evaluation.
• Highly organised, approachable, and confident in communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
