Hours: M-F 09.00- 17.00 ( 1 day hybrid working)

Our client plays a pivotal role in supporting London's business community by delivering a range of socio-economic and regeneration initiatives aimed at driving growth and investment across Central London.

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on generalist marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to work with a network of over 500 member organisations from a wide variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing activity across a broad mix of digital and traditional channels-supporting engagement, visibility, and strategic growth across the region.

The role includes;

Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop and execute engaging marketing content across multiple channels, including newsletters, videos, blogs, the company app, social media, and other collateral.

Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of all event activities, ranging from large-scale outdoor events to smaller community-based events.

Strategic Planning: Assist in managing the annual events calendar and associated regional marketing budgets. Oversee agency partnerships, including event agencies and third-party vendors, to deliver on strategic goals.

Client Relationship Management: Lead a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring effective contract management and maintaining regular touchpoints to support client satisfaction and retention.

Performance Analysis: Monitor, report on, and analyse the effectiveness of all marketing and communications activities to drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Execution: Create and deliver events and campaigns aligned with key business themes and audience segments, ensuring consistent and targeted messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with target audiences and build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring with them the following skills and experience:

  • Min 3 years generalist marketing experience working across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Strong content and copywriting skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • An understanding of creative design/ graphic design, brand guidelines, and the importance of consistency.
  • The ability to think creatively/ be agile
  • Ability to communicate across all channels and with a diverse stakeholder audience
