Leading Property Business - Marketing Manager - £45,000-£50,000 - Asap start - 12 Month FTC - team of 6 within marketing - London My client is the one the UK’s leading specialist's in commercial property and asset management, with over £50bn+ of property under management for a variety of Fund Managers, REITs and other property owners.  Some Key Duties:

• Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
• Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including websites, emails and brochures 
• To take the lead on all communications across the business
• To deliver campaign idea's to key stakeholders
• Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
• Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
• Prepare monthly reports

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ marketing experience within B2B real estate
