The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our in-house marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination ideally within the finance or professional services sector. You’ll be the driving force behind our brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts. Based in a beautiful setting in Cheltenham Town Centre with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with engine developers to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms.
- Content & Copywriting
- Write compelling copy for web, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets including brochures, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Salesforce & CRM Integration
- Help design and refine marketing processes within Salesforce.
- Manage workflows, segmentation, and reporting to improve campaign performance.
- Video & Multimedia Production
- Develop and manage a consistent video content strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce educational, promotional, and event-based video content.
- Event Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Administer the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in marketing within the finance or professional services industry.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with video production and digital media tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
