Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing marketing strategies that deliver both long-term growth and short-term wins
- Leading fully integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels
- Owning the brand identity from tone of voice and POS to social content that captures our audience
- Getting hands-on with everything from menus and digital assets to launch campaigns and in-store materials
- Using data and performance insights to optimise results and drive continuous improvement
- Managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact work on time and on brand
Profile
About You:
- Currently working in QSR or FMCG sectors.
- Franchisee marketing experience is a plus.
- Skilled at both planning strategies and getting hands-on to deliver campaigns.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, understanding how brand affects business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Uses data to make decisions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000.
