ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager for our market leading client based close to the Bourne area, just north of Peterborough.

As Marketing Manager, you will drive audience growth and engagement, focused on activating this audience into diverse revenue streams, with an emphasis on expanding our membership base. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, email, social media, events and print. You will use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Working within a close-knit, creative team, in a fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas, whilst also ensuring marketing activity aligns with our audience values and content goals.

About you

You should have experience in a Marketing role, a proven ability to create and deliver successful multi-channel campaigns to achieve targets, be confident in using marketing tools and platforms, have a strong analytical mindset, and be creative, collaborative and audience-focused. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in driving and building memberships.

The successful candidate will be based in their office close to Bourne, Lincolnshire, and will be working in one of the most exciting areas in their portfolio.
