NET Recruit are supporting a highly successful luxury goods business to assist them on their search for a Marketing Manager in the Nottingham area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Creating and implementing a targeted and successful marketing strategy, focussed on key areas of engagement, client acquisition and brand awareness
- Leading a highly successful marketing team with professionals across PR, events, content and digital marketing
- Taking responsibility for brand positioning, ensuring a cohesive brand image across various channels and customer touchpoints
- Developing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders and suppliers, leveraging resources for sponsorships and collaborations
- Managing marketing campaigns, events and product launches from inception to completion, to ensure optimised impact and delivery
- Driving the digital marketing strategy, managing output and relationships across channels including performance marketing, influencer partnerships and across the social media suite
- Undertaking extensive market research, particularly within competitor analysis to support the identification of trends, opportunities and challenges
- Creating detailed reporting on performance metrics, return on investments and internal KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and activities and to proactively identify where improvements can be sought
- Seeking opportunities to work cross-functionally with operations, sales and client facing teams to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and create a cohesive brand experience
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least 5+ years marketing experience, from within a senior remit
- Exposure to the luxury market, including consumer goods, fashion, accessories and lifestyle sector
- Excellent working knowledge of the luxury consumer landscape
- Proven experience in areas such as brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, events and content creation
- Good technical knowledge of IT and relevant software packages including Adobe, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Monday.com and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of social media including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of photography and videography, as well as AI technologies
- Exquisite communication and leadership skills
- Ideally a passion for the luxury market and client experiences within this

The role would be ideal for an individual, already tuned into this market, particularly in the area of luxury buying, selling and concierge for collectables, fashion and accessories. The position holder will be leading a high-performing team to create and execute successful marketing and brand stategies and formulate strong working relationships with suppliers and partners.For the successful candidate within this role, a starting salary of up to £40,000 will be on offer, depending on prior experience and knowledge, which will accompany an additional benefits package include a competitive holiday and pension allowance, and a plethora of attractive benefits and rewards.
