Marketing Manager

Cheltenham | Hybrid (2 days in-office) | £47,500 - £60,000 DOE

We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that’s serious about brand, content and creativity — and they’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take the lead across strategy, delivery, and team development.

You’ll be managing a small but growing team of 3 Marketing Assistants and 2 Executives, reporting into a commercially sharp and supportive Chief Marketing Officer. The business is making big moves, and this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an ambitious, ideas-led environment with plenty of autonomy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading on all things marketing – from strategy to execution
• Owning digital, content, brand and performance campaigns
• Using HubSpot (or similar tools) to drive CRM, automation, and lead gen
• Managing and developing your team, supporting their growth and output
• Working closely with the CMO to align marketing with wider business goals
• Analysing campaign performance and feeding into continuous improvement
• Ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and brand identity across all platforms

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role
• Strong digital background, ideally with HubSpot experience
• Confident team leader who enjoys developing others
• Someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking
• Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects

The offer:

• Salary from £47,500 - £60,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working – 2 days in the Cheltenham office
