Marketing Manager - Honeypot People Ltd : Job Details

OFFICE BASED - NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID

Our client is an international manufacturer and distributor of wonderful pet products, based near Salisbury.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join their busy team, who will be focused on achieving the business sales strategies.

You will be working with the EU Sales team and Marketing team to identify ideas where Marketing activities can help improve brand presence in-store, as well as online activity execution.

You will ideally have project management skills and experience of working with retailers. Language skills are also beneficial as you will be working with many European customers - these include French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch etc.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop, implement and co-ordinate the business Ambassador programme. Working with ambassadors and employees to help improve and execute the global Ambassador programme.
• Manage Key Account Sales
• Implement agreed activities with accounts that increase brand presence and unit rate of sale - both in-store and on-line.
• Increasing range, distribution and improving in-store displays.
• Present and educate company products and initiatives to current and potential customers.
• Positively influence customer's sales teams
• Prepare and communicate sales forecasts for improved production planning/customer service.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and customer events as required.
