Marketing Manager

• Annual Salary: 35k plus bonus (roughly £500.00 every new client you bring in)

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to join our team. The role involves engaging with clients, securing appointments, and visiting properties to generate new business, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to foster business growth. A bonus structure is in place to reward the acquisition of new business.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Visit potential clients to present our services and secure new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend appointments to discuss our offerings and how we can meet client needs.
• Conduct property visits as part of the client engagement and business development process.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business clients through regular communication and follow-up visits.
• Discuss and strategise on ways to improve business with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase company visibility and attract new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
