We are the world's first Oxbridge Prep School and send hundreds of students to Oxford, Cambridge and Medical School annually. We specialise in providing expert education programmes and courses to help students and schools with their Oxbridge & Medical School Applications. Our group is an agile and dynamic educational and tutoring business, staffed by highly educated, easy-going, and fun people. We have been going for 10 years now and have shown strong year growth year after year.

Our Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing as our As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing on our marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will include a mixture of marketing management (we already have a team of 5) and execution. You have a strong grasp of marketing funnels and how to make them work for a business. You have a analytical mindset and love to get stuck in and make a difference.

Job Specifics:
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: £28,000 - £45,000 per year (OTE) based on experience
Location: Five days from your home office. One day per month of team bonding/training in person in Oxford/Cambridge (with lunch provided!).
